Elisabeth Schwab

Coach

Elisabeth is based in Vienna, Austria, with 14+ years of leadership experience in corporate and start-up tech. She works with leaders, founders and teams who want to think more clearly through complexity and change. Her own work was changed by discovering the Thinking Environment, and she’s now a certified Thinking Environment coach, also drawing on Solution-Focused Coaching in her practice. Her master’s thesis, part of her MSc in People & Organisational Development at the University of Sussex, UK, explored the role of trust and connection in AI coaching. Elisabeth now leads Digital Culture transformation in Vienna’s public sector.

Alongside this work, Elisabeth supports Women’s Leadership programmes, mentoring, and coaching innovation teams and start-ups at the European Innovation Council, Female Founders, and the Technical University of Vienna.

Her purpose is to bring the Thinking Environment into the fast-paced world of business and (AI) technology, where people rarely get the chance to pause. Elisabeth believes that the invitation to think independently, find your voice, and reflect is more important than ever, especially today.
