Fleur helps organisations tackle performance, leadership and culture change challenges with energy, creativity. She does this by facilitating and encouraging a breadth of ideas and thinking (Time to Think methodologies) from both the Client and from her own knowledge and experience working with all sectors – both private and public organisations.

She is an experienced and flexible facilitator with small and large groups at all organisational levels. Has a passion for developing Coaching and Thinking skills of the people she works with, fulfilling their high performance and career goals at both a personal/team level.

Fleur is also a specialist in Performance Management consulting and in training leaders, managers and teams to improve the performance of their organisations.

Customer Service, Creative thinking skills, storytelling and culture development is an additional string to Fleur’s bow and has found this knowledge and experience to be extremely helpful and engaging when working with organisations who wish to improve innovation or improve engagement in organisational goals and values.

Using The Components of a Time to Think Environment with individuals and teams has been a game changer in truly developing the capability of the individuals and teams that Fleur works with.

Her style is informal, with a fun energy whilst supportive and challenging to move to the desired goals.

Supervision and development is an important continuous practice for Fleur and does so with her Winning Leadership Coach, with Mitzi Wyman Associates and with 3C Performance Management. This practice also includes regular Thinking activities with colleagues, friends and associates!

Fleur is based in near Farnham, Surrey, UK and is able to travel to client sites as required.
