As a coach and facilitator, I support business partners and leaders achieve their goals more effectively based on a holistic approach.

Together with my clients, we address issues related to strategy, roles, purpose, culture or the way they interact as a group. Gently, I help my client to uncover blind spots, provide them with insights and teach skills that help them move forward. They become more effective both as individuals and as a group, making better decisions and using more of their energy for the things that really matter.

I am a certified EMCC coach and a certified Time To Think Facilitator.
