An organisational, leadership and Adult Development strategist and practitioner with over 35 years of experience, Mark has journeyed through the rich landscape of personal and organisation development theories and practices as they have emerged, been discarded, maintained and reinvented over these 35 plus years.
He is an ‘inquisitive acquirer’ and the work during his career has been informed by many thought leaders including Edward de Bono, Elliott Jaques, David Kolb, Ken Wilbur, Dr Theo Dawson, Nancy Kline, Dr Kurt Fischer and many more.
His experience within Public Sector, Heavy Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Food and Pharmaceutical, Wholesaling and Distribution, Civil Construction, Industrial Services, and Professional Services industries has given him a deep knowledge of organisations and the context in which they operate.
Mark has a depth of experience in designing and facilitating a range of programs and interventions relating to capability building, cultural change, leadership, project and program management, performance management, and organisational design.
He has also program managed significant technological and organisational change programs through all phases of the business cycle.
