Melanie has over 18 years of experience in working with people to facilitate growth and transformation. She began her career in Education and then spent many years as a Senior Human Resource Manager within a large corporate organization. She is an experienced Large Group Process and World Cafe facilitator and she believes in the power of conversation as a catalyst for change and for the creation of new realities, culture transformation and thinking environments within organizations. Melanie consults in South Africa and internationally with a large number of organisations, ranging from small privately owned companies to large multi-nationals, in the areas of Strategy and Process Facilitation, Leadership Development, Team Effectiveness, Personal Mastery, Change & Culture Transformation. She is also a certified Integral Hatha Yoga Teacher and has been teaching yoga since 2004.
