About Me
With a dynamic career as a Director at a leading global financial services firm, I spend my daylight hours immersed in the complex world of capital management. My expertise lies in advising clients on the intricacies of managing complex assets and liabilities, alongside modelling their risks through the lenses of mathematics, statistics, and computational finance.
My journey with Time to Think began under the guidance of my Executive Coach, leading me to pursue certification. This methodology resonated deeply with me, as I believe in the transformative power of independent thinking—a skill that, I am convinced, can be cultivated to propel us forward both personally and professionally.
Interests
I am an avid reader with a voracious appetite for knowledge, delving into texts spanning Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Philosophy, Neuroscience, Psychology, Sports Science, History and Politics. These disciplines not only fuel my curiosity but also enrich my perspective and approach to problem-solving in the financial sector.
Personal Life
Outside of my professional pursuits, I am a devoted husband and father to two daughters. My family is the centre of my world, providing both joy and a lively home life.
Hobbies
In my quest for balance and personal growth, I engage in a variety of physical activities. Whether lifting weights, running, swimming, surf skating, kite surfing, or working on personal projects in the machine learning/quantum computing realms, I find these pursuits to be not only rejuvenating but also a testament to the power of maintaining a disciplined and active lifestyle.
Philosophy
At the heart of my coaching practice lies the conviction that a Thinking Environment® not only fosters clearer, more creative, and independent thought but also unlocks our true potential. Through Time to Think, I aim to guide individuals and teams towards realizing their own capacity for transformative thinking, enabling them to navigate the complexities of both their personal and professional lives with confidence and clarity.
