“Courage for changing” is how Simone defines her personal slogan. As a long-life learner, Simone is deeply interested in loving, creating development processes, and promoting changes. She has as purpose hosting meaningful conversations based on the belief that deep listening and generative dialogues can transform the level of collective consciousness and promote results which really matter.
Master in Law, executive for several years, Simone became executive coach, human and organizational development consultant, mediator, dialogue facilitator and lecturer. Her formal education includes pos graduation in Business Management, trainings and certifications in conflict management, change management, dialogical processes, human and organizational development consultancy and psychological safety.
Throughout her career, she has been responsible for designing and facilitating many training for executive leaders and change agents. She uses multidisciplinary approaches, including Thinking Environment, Non-Violent Communication, Theory U, Anthroposophy, to create and sustain organic and human-centered development processes.
From time-to-time Simone dedicates part of your time for pro bono projects as facilitator and mentor in order to support people in vulnerable conditions and young women leaders. She speaks Portuguese and English.
