Tshego is a People Consultant and coach whose work sits at the intersection of thinking, inclusion, and development. She partners with individuals and teams through coaching, facilitated dialogue, and experiential learning spaces that invite reflection, participation, and shared ownership.

Her practice is shaped by a deep commitment to inclusion and dignity, informed by her work in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. In one-to-one partnerships and group environments, she works in ways that honour independent thinking while strengthening relational awareness, voice, and connection. She is particularly interested in how thoughtfully held spaces can support individuals and teams to navigate complexity, deepen understanding, and move forward with clarity and intention.
