I was born in 1968 and lived in Roodepoort and Alberton until my husband and I settled in the Northern Cape after our wedding. I have been living in Kuruman for 31 years. I’m 54 years old this year and so PROUD of it. I have been married to Willie Strydom for 32 years and have two amazing sons, Pierre 31, and Willie 29. Pierre got married and I have a precious daughter, Elidese, with their adorable daughter Elioene.
I found myself and my calling in this little town Kuruman, in the Northern Cape.
At the age of 40 I decided to undergo formal training. I received my degree in Pastoral Counselling as well as my certificate as Life coach. After that I completed my course in child counselling using play therapy techniques. I have a Counselling and Life coaching practice in Kuruman.
In 2018, I became a facilitator at Partners for Possibility and work full time with principals and business leaders. I am involved with 68 principals and their business partners.
I live my dream every day. I believe with all my heart “love can change the world”. This is my vision and mission. Learning about the Thinking Environment has added so much value to being able to live out my calling.
The satisfaction of broken relationships being restored, is indescribable. What I desire for every human being is to live in fullness and to share with others from their own abundance. In this way I can contribute and form part of a proses to heal our nation.
