Zoe works with leaders and teams across Health and Social Care to enable them to work most effectively together and to realise their collective potential.  A Nurse by background, she is said to have a natural ability to build connection, create the conditions for psychological safety and facilitate courageous conversations which nurtures positive working relationships whilst drawing out the collective wisdom of groups in both the face-to-face and virtual world.
