Mary is a Senior Professional with over 25 years experience in Corporate FMCG Marketing, Communication and Sales. Her passion for Well-Being led her to start an online Health and Wellness business, as her mission is to help people and companies flourish through the Time to Think environment and Well-Being courses. Her Business combines all of her Corporate skills and experience to focus on maximising the potential of teams and small businesses, providing a thinking environment and ensuring employee mental and physical Well-Being.

Originally from the UK, Mary recently moved to Switzerland and lives in Geneva with her husband and two children.
