Cecily is an coach, facilitator and leadership practitioner who spent more than 18 years consulting with local and international management consulting firms. She has advised executives on strategy development and execution, and more recently on leadership, team effectiveness and bringing out the best in themselves and their teams.
Cecily combines experience in consulting with strong interpersonal skills and background in Occupational Therapy to focus on maximising leaders’ potential, providing thinking partnership and working with individuals and teams to evolve their awareness of themselves and each other. She does this through leadership programme development, facilitation and one on one coaching, strongly integrating the Thinking Environment work of Nancy Kline in all her work. She also continues to provide strategic advisory services to clients in the public and private sector.
She is a contributing author in the book titled “Women Leadership in Emerging Markets” edited by Scheepers and Chengadu and is a fellow of the Global Aspen Leadership Network. Originally from South Africa, Cecily now lives in Geneva, Switzerland, with her husband and two sons.
